SERVICE CONTRACTS

On overhead travelling cranes and hoists ensuring that equipment is serviced at regular intervals.

VARIOUS CRANE CONVERSIONS

Typical types are from pendant to remote control, increasing or decreasing crane speeds and increasing capacities of cranes and supporting structure, e.g. 10 tonnes to 15 tonnes safe working load.

ANTI-COLLISION SYSTEMS

To prevent two or more cranes which are operating on the same gantry girders from accidentally colliding.

Site measurement of the line and level of gantry girders. A drawing showing amounts of deviation, together with a report detailing the condition of the gantry will be supplied. Gantry surveys are recommended when crane tram wheels show signs of wear.

CONDUCTORS AND FESTOONS

Supply of and installation of various enclosed type conductor systems, cross bridge feeds, mobile pendant systems, cable reeling drum, all to suit a variety of applications.

REPAIRS

Repairs and emergency 24 hour (day and night) breakdown service on all makes of cranes, hoist and lifts.

CRANE MOVING

Dismantling, modifying crane span to suit new location, re-erecting and proof load testing on completion.

PROOF LOAD TESTING

Supply of test weights and proof load testing of various types of equipment. Dynanometer tests also undertaken. Test certificates issued upon satisfactory completion of tests.

GANTRY REPAIRS

Including lining and levelling work, rail replacement and fixings replaced.

IN-HOUSE REPAIRS

A full repair service on manual and electrically operated equipment and loose gear e.g. trolleys, pulley blocks, lever hoists, electric chain and wire rope hoists, TIRFORS, jacks, winches, chain slings, wire rope slings and plate clamps.
